How It Works At The Emily Program
An eating disorder assessment guides your journey to recovery
After you contact us by calling admissions or completing our online form, an experienced admissions specialist will explain our services, gather personal and insurance information, and schedule initial appointments for your eating disorder assessment. As part of your assessment, we’ll learn more about you. Youll be asked to complete a series of questionnaires to help us understand you as an individual and what you’re experiencing.
Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan
One of our intake therapists will explain the results from your intake tests and recommend the right program for you at The Emily Program—either our residential, intensive or outpatient program. Completing an intake does not commit you to any additional treatment. It’s a simple, non-threatening way to learn more about leading a healthy, full life. We’re glad to share what we know with you and want you to get the care you need.
We provide a full continuum of care
After you complete your intake at The Emily Program, you'll be set up for admission to the program you need. Our team will work with you each step of the way to get you started with the treatment you need. You may have concerns about barriers that could prevent you from beginning treatment; our team will talk through each of those concerns with you and work with you to get what you need. Your recovery is our primary concern.
