Professional Relations Specialist, Eastern Region
Katie began working at the front desk of the Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders (CCED) more than ten years ago, which provided a unique opportunity to observe both the clinical and business sides of eating disorder treatment. When CCED merged with The Emily Program two years ago, she was able to seamlessly transition to an outreach role. Katie graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs. As a Professional Relations Specialist, Katie uses her experience and education to connect with professionals, community members, and other treatment facilities to provide awareness and information on the treatment of eating disorders.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and completed her Masters in Social Work at The University of Texas at Arlington. Jennifer regularly speaks at local elementary schools where she enjoys promoting positive body image and self-esteem with young students. As a Clinical Relations Specialist, Jennifer is passionate about educating both local and national providers about The Emily Program and partnering with them to help their clients achieve lasting recovery.

Shannon believes clients should always be top priority. This belief brought her to The Emily Program, where she helps healthcare providers gain access to individualized eating disorder treatment for their clients. Her past experience in pain management helped form her passion for serving a unique population and educating in areas of wellness that are less visible. A graduate of the University of Washington, Shannon uses her passion to connect with members of the community, both inside and outside the healthcare world, to raise awareness of eating disorders and the resources available locally and nationally at The Emily Program.
