Hilary Bowerman

Hilary Bowerman, M.S.W.

Clinical Relations Specialist

Hilary graduated from The Ohio State University’s Master of Social Work Program. Hilary has dedicated her career to working with various patient populations to inspire hope, recovery, and wellness. She has worked for the last 18 years as a Licensed Social Worker in a variety of roles in Behavioral Health, Managed Care, and Chronic Illness Management (inpatient/outpatient), Care Management and Community Education/Outreach. As a Clinical Relations Specialist, Hilary focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships among local and national providers to communicate the importance of utilizing The Emily Program as a trusted resource for eating disorder treatment.

Katie Dent

Katie Dent, B.S.

Professional Relations Specialist

Katie began working at the front desk of the Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders (CCED) more than ten years ago, which provided a unique opportunity to observe both the clinical and business sides of eating disorder treatment. When CCED merged with The Emily Program two years ago, she was able to seamlessly transition to an outreach role. Katie graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs. As a Professional Relations Specialist, Katie uses her experience and education to connect with professionals, community members, and other treatment facilities to provide awareness and information on the treatment of eating disorders.

Renee Most

Renee Most, M.A.

Clinical Relations Specialist

Renee received her Master of Arts in Addiction Studies from St. Catherine University’s Hazelden Graduate School. Since then, Renee has worked in a variety of roles in the mental health field, primarily focused on women and men struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders. Renee’s experience includes conducting evaluations and providing recommendations for individuals facing legal issues, and working with school systems and law enforcement to develop groups and increase awareness of treatment resources for students with substance use disorder. Renee has also traveled the country conducting interventions, serving as a mentor, and providing clinical transportation for famillies in crisis. In her role as a Clinical Relations Specialist at The Emily Program, Renee is dedicated to building and maintaining positive relationships with local and national providers.

Laura graduated from The University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Healthcare Management. Laura has devoted her career to understanding the healthcare system as a whole while building trusted relationships along the way. Having spent her career solely in the mental health field, she has a passion for starting conversations about eating disorders and reducing stigma around mental health. As a Professional Relations Specialist, Laura connects with health systems and providers to gain valuable perspective about caring for people struggling with eating disorders and to provide information about The Emily Program's established services.

Amy Holan

Amy Holan, M.A., L.M.F.T.A., M.H.P.

Clinical Relations Specialist

Amy received her Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle, and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and holds the Mental Health Professional designation by King County. Amy has worked as a clinician in a large behavioral health organization, as a hospital authorization clinician for King County, and as a supervisor for the King County Crisis Clinic. Amy has also worked in private practice, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. Through these experiences, Amy offers understanding and compassion for those seeking treatment and those providing it. As a Clinical Relations Specialist, Amy focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships among local and national providers to communicate the importance of utilizing The Emily Program as a trusted resource for eating disorder treatment.

Anna Sjogren, B.A.

Professional Relations Specialist

Anna graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economics and Leadership. As an undergraduate, she partnered with local community members and a variety of departments within the University to develop and implement a Campus Life Program dedicated to increasing eating disorder awareness and knowledge. Through various personal experiences, Anna has seen first-hand the need for improved access to care, and has subsequently been an active participant in both regional and national mental health lobby days. As a Professional Relations Specialist, Anna continues to develop relationships with regional community members and providers to increase awareness of eating disorders and The Emily Program as a local resource.

Jennifer Passanante

Jennifer Passanante, L.C.S.W.

Clinical Relations Specialist

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and completed her Masters in Social Work at The University of Texas at Arlington. She has worked as a therapist in a variety of behavioral health settings including inpatient psychiatric care and an intensive outpatient eating disorders program. Jennifer has found her niche in outreach where she can apply her clinical background to help patients, providers, and families find treatment. Jennifer regularly speaks at local elementary schools where she enjoys promoting positive body image and self-esteem with young students. As a Clinical Relations Specialist, Jennifer is passionate about educating both local and national providers about The Emily Program and partnering with them to help their clients achieve lasting recovery.
