New Duluth Office Open
Our new Emily Program Duluth office is now open in the historic Weiland Block, which has been made over into modern office space. Located at 26 East Superior St., Suite 315, Duluth, MN 55802, our new space makes room for new staff, larger group rooms, a full kitchen and many other additions. The most convenient parking in the the Technology Village lot (enter on East 1st St.), from where you can take the Skywalk to our new offices. Additional parking is available in the Fond du Luth ramp on Superior St.
EP Folks Lobby Congress
More than 100 citizen lobbyists from 25 states (including 3 Emily Program staff) fanned out across the US Capitol earlier this year to advocate for the proposed Federal Response to Eliminate Eating Disorders Act (aka the FREED Act) during the Eating Disorders Coalition’s annual Lobby Day.

Spirituality in Recovery
Take advantage of The Emily Program’s Chaplain, Kari Fedje Rasmus. Whether you have a strong sense of faith/spirituality, or none, she can help you:

• Find a new place of worship
• Have a sounding board for returning to a faith tradition
• Address past experience with spiritual abuse, shaming, or unworthiness
• Reclaim your soulful voice, stolen by your eating disorder
• Walk with support as you question and wonder about spirituality and faith
• Obtain spiritual growth in recovery
Kari Fedje Rasmus, M.Div. is an experienced pastor, chaplain and educator who enjoys connecting with and honoring diverse religious and spiritual traditions. She sees clients individually, works with outpatient programs and is staring a spirituality group.

Feeding Families Group
We’re starting a group to help clients with any eating disorder diagnosis learn normal feeding and nutrition practices for their children under 11 (with normal development). Led by a dietitian and a therapist, the Feeding Families Group meets in St. Paul for 10 weeks on Wednesday mornings. Call our office at 651.645.5323 for group intake information
