The Emily Program in Duluth offers a Yoga and Body Image group on Tuesday afternoons, led by a trained Hatha yoga instructor who says, “Philosophically, I believe that assisting clients to access mindfulness is critically important to personal calm as well as eating disorders recovery. Yoga assists in each of those personal processes so beautifully.” For more information, call our Duluth office at 218.722.2793 ext. 102.

The Emily Program’s Saint Paul facility offers a Yoga and Body Image group on Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings. The group follows a practice of non-judgment and self-exploration to teach restorative and challenging postures from the mat as well as the chair or wall.

Yoga classes also run on Thursday evenings at our Saint Louis Park office. One of the teacher says: “I believe that yoga is an amazing catalyst for healing from various physical, mental, and emotional traumas, as well as a wonderful daily-use tool for people to become healthier, stronger, more relaxed, and in touch with an inner joy they might not have thought possible.”
