Paying for Services

We operate in a straightforward, honest, and transparent manner, so you can focus on getting better. That approach extends to working with you to get insurance coverage and to pay for services.

Here’s how we do it:

  • Payment is due at the time services are provided, unless you make other arrangements ahead of time.
  • Co-payments are due on the day of your appointment or office visit.
  • If you are going to miss an appointment, you have to cancel it 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you and/or your insurer will be billed for it.
  • We will submit claims to your insurance company for insurance reimbursement.
  • You can pay your bill in person, by mail (2265 Como Ave., St. Paul, MN 55108), or pay online using the green button at the top of this page.

The Emily Program billing staff will answer any questions about your bill. Just call them at 800.714.4011.
