Our certified music therapists use music to stir emotion, stimulate insight, and soothe anxiety. This music-centered, dynamic unfolding of your inner experiences can:

We continue to create new ways to use music therapy to help you along the road to recovery; for example, our empowerment drumming group. We are active research partners with the University of Minnesota’s Center for Spirituality and Healing, uncovering how and why music therapy helps people with eating disorders, so we can create even more ways to use this tool to work for you.
