Step 2. Assessment/Intake Meeting with a Therapist
If possible, you’ll complete a series of questions in-person that help us better understand you as an individual and what’s going on for you right now. This important information helps us plan—together—the best way to help you.
You’ll discuss the results of your assessments with one of our experienced intake therapists. Together you’ll decide what treatment options make the most sense for you.
During the intake process we'll schedule a phone or in-person admissions intake with the Anna Westin House/ Anna Westin House-Adolescent Admissions Coordinator to discuss your particular treatment needs and a potential admission date.
If you are an adolescent, the intake process includes your parents and/or guardians. If you are an adult seeking admission, we also encourage you to involve family members and/or other supportive people in your intake.
