Paying for Services

The Emily Program will clearly communicate expectations for payment of services before your first visit, so you can focus on getting better.
We operate in a straightforward, transparent manner. Here’s how we do it:

• Payment is due at the time services are provided, unless other arrangements have been made. .
• The Emily Program will submit claims to your insurance company for insurance reimbursement.
• Co-payments are due on the day of your appointment.
• You can pay your bill with our on-line system at ProSource.

The Emily Program billing staff will answer questions about your bill. Call them at 800.714.4011.
