Insurance Coverage
It’s a big decision to seek treatment for your eating disorder. So we know it’s hard to have additional hurdles, like learning insurance jargon so you can interpret your healthcare benefits.
That’s why The Emily Program has Lynette and Beth, our benefits coordinators. They can help you navigate the insurance system and will work diligently to ensure the highest coverage possible. If you do not have insurance, Lynette and Beth can help you identify community resources which might be available for you.
A good first step is contacting your insurance company to get an estimate of the coverage they will provide while you are at The Emily Program.
If you have questions about your coverage or if your insurance changes, please contact Lynette (ext. 1115) or Beth (ext. 1166) at 651.645.5323.
The Emily Program accepts the following insurance:
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Health Partners (Specialty Network)
• Humana
• Medica (United Behavioral Health)
• Medical Assistance
• Minnesota Medicaid
• Medicare
• Patient Choice
• Preferred One
• America’s PPO
• TRICARE/Triwest
• U Care
If The Emily Program is not “in-network” under your insurance policy, you may be able to utilize out-of-network benefits. Not all insurance companies cover all services; Lynette or Beth can help you determine what your coverage includes.
What if my insurance company is not on the list? There may be other options.
Coverage may be available on a case-by-case basis through insurance companies not on this list. Call Lynette (ext. 1115) or Beth (ext. 1166) at 651.645.5323 for assistance.
