I just wanted to let you know some of the “rules” of this forum… we stay away from talking about specifics (such as behaviors/symptom use, numbers of any sort ie, weight, BMI, clothing size, calories, times per day of symptom use, etc).
The reason for this is other people here may find it triggering. Private sessions with your therapist, dietitian, doctor, etc are different but generally speaking the group norm on this forum is for content to be safe for everyone reading.
If you need to talk about what is going on here, a safer way to address it would be something such as “I am struggling with using symptoms and sometimes I can’t relate to my classmates or friends because of my symptom use!”
