I’m very nervous about tomorrow. I have my first initial appointment at the Emily Program. I know I am doing the right thing by seeking help, but I am very fearful of the unknown. I suppose that has a lot to do with the addict in me and my need to control. I hope it goes okay and that I find some answers.
