Hi. I just wanted to let friends and family know of a new resource online that I recently created. I run a EDA support group meeting here in the twin cities and I got tired of not finding information I need for people so I ended up creating a blog/website so I could get all my info together in one area. Thought others might get some use out of it too.

It’ll be constantly updating these next few weeks as I tweek it to what I excatly want.
Please comment and/or give suggestions so I can get better information online than what is out there.

I also use the EDA boards which gets about the same amount of traffic as the EP boards. If you want another place to post you can go to: http://eda.yuku.com/. You have to register and wait to be approved before the first inital post but then you’re good to go.
I also blog which helps me tremendously. The more that I can talk about my expereiences and have a place to go to to write this stuff out, the better off I am. It really helps me anyways. I’m huge on blogs and have had many different types of recovery blogs throughout the years. For some reason I write in them about a year and then I move on to make a new one with a new type of them. Right now I’m writting letters to my body and trying to learn to have a relationship with my body and learn to love it. It’s helped move my stalled recovery along quiet nicely awhile ago. Keep on writting! I know this doesn’t work for everyone, but boy it does for me.
