Hey everyone - i am new to EP forum. I finally was 100% with myself and told someone about my laxative abuse. I have NEVER told anyone about this and it has been going on for the past 5 years. Huge step and i know that. I am proud but still struggling everyday to work through it. Body image has been a huge struggle. Any suggestions, words of encouragement, anything!!!!

Congratulations on taking that first step! As you move into recovery, some things will seem easy and some will be very hard. When things are hard, I try to remember that nothing is as hard as that first step was.

Things have been a bit quiet here on the forum lately, but keep checking. Hopefully, we can get some good discussions going and manage to ignore the spam!
