Dr. Amanda was born in Laurel and completed high school in Greenbelt MD.  She received her B.S. degree in biology at the University of Chicago.  She received her medical degree at the University of Maryland.  Dr. Jenwich attended University of Pittsburg for her Internal Medicine residency.

Dr. Jenwich is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 1998.  Dr. Jenwich specializes in geriatric medicine and follows patients in 3 nursing homes in the state of Maryland.

Dr. Jenwich lives in Howard County.  She is married and has three children.  In her free time, she enjoys going to museums, traveling and fine dining.
