Pre-Doctoral Psychology Internships
The Emily Program offers academic year Pre-Doctoral internships for Ph.D. or Psy.D. students interested in eating disorder treatment. We are an APPIC Member with a wide array of clinicians providing supervision. Our comprehensive, personalized, and successful treatment approach makes The Emily Program a coveted Pre-Doc internship. Graduate Student Practicum
The Emily Program offers a therapy practicum for graduate students seeking training in eating disorders treatment. With our wide array of clinicians providing supervision, we can consider applications from graduate students in affiliation with the University of Wisconsin-Stout (MFT program), St. Catherine's/University of St. Thomas (MSW program), and the University of MN-Twin Cities College of Education & Human Development (through the Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology; CSPP) (psychology program). These academic year positions are in great demand, so our application process is highly competitive. Undergraduate Administrative Internship
The Emily Program offers semester, year-long, and summer volunteer internships for undergraduate students wanting to learn about comprehensive and personalized treatment of eating disorders. Interns work primarily on administrative tasks for a minimum of 8-12 hours per week. They also may participate in other activities (such as monthly staff training sessions or research) which immerse them in our vision and values. Undergraduate Communications and Outreach Internship
The Emily Program communications team offers semester and summer internships for undergraduate students interested in learning more about communication and outreach efforts in the mental health field. Interns work directly with the communications team 10-12 hours per week on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Blogging), mailings, events and other tasks.
FALL INTERNSHIP (September-December): apply by July 15th.
SPRING INTERNSHIP (January-May): apply by November 15th.
SUMMER INTERNSHIP (June-August): apply by April 15th.
