Hi Everyone! Today’s guided imagery practice is focused on the major energy centers and nerve bundles located along the column of the spine and the qualities that can be associated with those areas.
As always, practice to the degree that feels comfortable to you. If it resonates with you, you may consider further developing this ancient practice by learning more about the 7 main Chakras. And depending on where you are in your recovery journey, you may feel more drawn to one energy center over another. Your yoga teacher can be a great resource for more information.
Remember, yoga and the practices associated with it are unique to you. To your needs, your beliefs and your resonation with them. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Your practice. Your Yoga.
